A properly functioning hip is vital for efficient body movement and posture. Our hips serve as great sources of both power and mobility, allowing us to perform routine tasks such as lifting and walking. A hip that is unable to perform it’s designed role is not only subject to undue wear and tear but can cause injury to the knee and lower back. Each patient receives a complete biomechanical assessment to determine any changeable factors that are contributing to the hip dysfunction. We then create a personalized treatment program, incorporating manual therapy, goal specific exercise, and education to restore proper hip function and reduce pain.
